Hi All,
Viggen Bumpers installed on my 1995ng vert. 9-3 fog lights with cornering lights delivered today. Has anyone spliced a 9-3 fog light harness into an NG? Because the NG fogs do not have cornering lights, I am wondering if it is possible to set it up so that the cornering lights work without too much trouble?
Thanks,
Paul

The lighting system is different, so it would very difficult to get the cornering lights to work. The NG900 doesn't have a way to constantly light a bulb when the blinkers are on. You're better off just ignoring the cornering light and hooking up the fog lights only. You can get the correct plugs and pins from the dealer.

Hey, im the one that sold you the foglights, my email is blocked in school so i was not able to reply to fast ha. Im not parting out my viggen just had to take them out because of the intercooler. For the wire harness i can try to get it out this sat, would you need the whole wire from where the foglight plugs in to wherever its connected to? I have no need for it so if i do manage to get it out then its all yours

anyone have a diagram of the wire set up?

Without going back and splicing into the turn sig stalk, you could do this with a 555 timer, a capacitor, a resistor, a BJT, and a relay. You would need one for each light. Let me know if anyone is interested in a schematic/parts list. I could throw something together.

I just need enough of the harness/connector to splice into my ng harness.
Thank you!!!

yeah come to Boston, Karol;)
Paul, how's reverse doing?

We are making a meet up in the first week after new year.
It is still a pain in the *** but with 191,000 miles, it's on borrowed time anyway. I am going to throw a 2001 9-3 Tranny in at some point. I tell you what though, my 900 is very fast! The recent ecu tune made a huge difference from my last tune.
