i've got no coolant lines running over my cabin filter housing..

 

? Really no lines or anything I have two solid metal lines like for AC or something

 

Nothing..Reason your housing is on the right,mine is on the left...When cars are build/designed whether LHD/RHD, somethings are moved other aren't and those AC pipes aren't..

 

Could be air in the coolant lines or the beginning of a bad radiator. Also, the return from the cabin is a massive failure point. Remove the heat shield (remove 2x 10mm bolts and pull up) and check the return connection. The hose you're looking for has a heat shield around it. I usually spin the lock ring with pliers to make sure.

the 9-3 is a self bleeding system..

 

So then what’s the problem :/

 

Clean cabin filter area drain and replace cabin air filter.

 

Are you sure water isn’t sloshing around under the right side carpeting between the front and rear floors?

 

I got a video and sound byte it may not exactly be water but something is running, note that AC was off fans were off sound doesn’t change as I hold car at dif rpm’s

I did not heard anything unusual.

 

It’s the humming noise or water ish sound not sure what it is but it doesn’t happen on start up only after driving for a bit and I don’t think it’s the fan the fan had a different noise pitch

 

So you have either bad fan or fan control.

 

No fans or ac were on tho

 

I don't hear anything as far as water. I do hear something reminiscent of a truck idling but not distinctly enough to say whether something is wrong...I can't tell if your A/C was on but it could have even been foam blocking up the vents a bit if that were the case. Definitely nothing concerning to me as heard in that short vid.

 

AC off all climate control and fans were off

 

Are all dash vents open?

 

Yes fans are off tho
