did anyone run into my problem?
I can install WIS in my Window 10 Professional. But when I double click the icon to run, there's no option in the "Username" dropdown list for me to choose, so it won't go further but exit program and show a message "Could not find".

i have EXACTLY the same problem. Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.
Does anyone know what we should do?

So you dont see the default user field as shown below?

I have no idea why you arent seeing it but make sure you have a user account setup with admin rights on the PC and try installing as administrator.
The problem could also be linked to the OS default language.........try setting as english prior to install perhaps?

Thanks, i already had an admin profile, unistalled WIS (began to uninstall through regular user account and was asked to do it only through the admin user account),

and currently installing again through admin. let's seeeee......

Well....... I`m stumped!!!

I`ve just installed it on a fairly clean install of Win 7 Ultimate x64.
After waiting ages for it to install (that's normal sadly), it worked absolutely fine.
Stranger still, the registry looks exactly like yours. Win 10 & Win 7 must store the registry settings for the WIS slightly differently from each other.


Sorry, but I`m out of ideas.....

Just a small update regarding re-installs after windows updates on Win 10.

My main machine has now updated to the latest version of Windows 10 (1709 aka - Fall Creators Update) and the none of the SAAB software required a re-install.

Cant even download @ the moment.
Chrome lets me know some Cyberattack could happen and the site is blocked (mega.nz that is)
Same for Microsoft Edge.

Dont know how much WIS and EPC is in size.
But if its up to 2 Gb, anyone willing to Wetransfer it to me?

Did something change? I was able to download the EPC/EAC no problem, but not the WIS. I downloaded and installed the MEGA extension per SAABAUS's instructions and when I click on the WIS link in the first post it takes me to MEGA's website where I can click download, but then the overview page says, "Unfortunately, Firefox has insufficient buffer to decrypt data in the browser, please install the MEGA desktop APP to download large files." Which I don't want to do. I want to install it through FireFox's browser. Any ideas? Anyone know how to get around this?
