I'm still working through the Tech 2, but I found the DRL setting in the DICE. I changed it to "Alternative 1". This turned off the DRL, parking lights on at the first notch, and then headlights on at the second notch. I didn't take out the fuse.

Yes, I tried it with the car running without pulling the fuse. I don't know. I'll go ahead and pull the fuse anyway. Thanks.

Jake, you're right. Now that it's dark outside, I can see better. With the #15 fuse in, the parking lights stay on all the time. I pulled the fuse and now the parking lights are off. Turn one click - parking lights on, two clicks - parking and headlights on. Thanks.
