I'll probably be ordering one of these soon myself. Mine has added a new feature on top of showing an empty tank when it's fill. It now shows more gas in the tank than I actually have.... sometimes.

 

Can also confirm that this fuel pump is A-O.K for our V6's. If anyone is hesitant, don't be. I have mine installed and all is well again.

 

So why this instead of the OEM WalbroTU305 pump?

Price was a factor, while maintaining that substandard parts not be used on my car. Saved a few hundred dollars.

Rock auto had these in stock as well as a few other brands. With airtex/wells having a good reputation with our coils, being U.S made, and claiming to have improved fittings and quietness over stock I thought why not. Hadn't seen any other posts of people using this pump so there was a bit of a guinea pig factor to it, but now we know its a good one to use ;ol;

 

Curious if you considered the bosch pump at all? Same price.
