Hey, if you drive backwards all the time it would make it rear wheel drive wouldn't it? 
On a serious note the tranverse engine with gearbox on the right doesn't leave much room to get a propshaft to the rear. You would probably need to do an engine conversion to an inline configuration to achieve it, buying a RWD car in the 1st place would make more sense.
