9-3 SE Conv with Volvo Pegasus "R" 17x7.5 alloys

Here is my 2001 9-3 SE Conv with Volvo Pegasus "R" 17x7.5 alloys (off a '05 V70R) with 225/45/17' tires and Griffin center cap decals. The wheels have the same wheel pattern and offset as the Viggen wheels. Perfect fit. The Griffin decals, which are attached to the Volvo center caps, come from eBay.

My '98, purchased in April. Free clear corners mod, smoked side markers, too. It's also faster and louder, now. Good things.

Hey dude, looks nice and clean. Where on LI? I have a '99 9-3 which I've owned since day 1. 130k. And, as of a few weeks ago....ugly yellow plates!

Nice 9-3 - I've always loved those wheels. I live in Huntington. The first picture was taken at Target Rock, the second in Bayville. How about you?

Lucked out on my 900. It has about 98.5k on it right now. Very very clean in and out. Needs a couple of little things here and there. Nothing serious. I hope to have this car a long, long time.

PS: I think I'm the one guy in NYS that actually LIKES those plates haha.. I like that they look old-fashioned, nostalgic. I'll be the oddball, oh well haha..

Thanks! I try to keep it as nice as I can. I was shocked, though, to find my very first rust bubble just starting to form on that thin strip right in front of the rear wheel well right behind the rear door.

I'm in Dix Hills...not too far from you.

Nice, sounds like a great find! Very low miles. The body looks great from the pics. Do you do a lot of work yourself, or do you take it to a local indy?

The plates are kinda growing on me too...kinda so ugly they're retro and cool kinda thing. I realize I posted all B/W photos...mine is Cayenne Red, so the yellow plates do clash a bit.

Thank you, I've been working very hard with it..

i don't think i have told everyone on here that i have a fart can on it, heres a video of some light revs

tell me what you think!
Sorry but that noise is just godawful. I mean at the very least put a real muffler on it, be it a glass pack, a flowmaster, a magnaflow, anything is better than that sound.
