I am still getting the last few things repaired on my newly aquired saab 95. It is a 2000 95 sedan 2.3t.
This morning i noticed that the heat does not work. I just replaced the fan and today is the first time i needed the heat, but it would just blow mild air. I also tried to switch it to cold, but it did not really do all that much.
Currently I have the Abs module out of the car ready to be shipped to be repaired and also the pvc valve is broken so the blow by gasses just blow out. I am not sure if that is somehow related. Any input would be appreciated.

I do have coolant in the vehicle and it keep regular operating temperature.

Press the aouto and of on the ACC ( automatic Climate Control) at the same time and read the numbers that appear.

More than likely its the blend door 08 or an associatated code. You need to remove the panel under the drivers side ( and maybe the passenger side) dash. Look up near the heater box and see if the mixer lever is broken and buy a new one.

Look under the FAQ mainentance sticky for 08 repair

Yes look at the ACC fault finding in the FAQ stickie, I dont feel like linking it for you..

Thant said 20 is a bad fan, did you say you have hot air just no flow? If the fan is going you can replace it or just fix the brushes ( again search for yourself please)
