Make sure you get one that's wide enough inlet to outlet so your stock tubing will work.

Sorry but this is more qualitative than quantitative because I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I had an awful time because the one I bought wasn't wide enough.

I used couplers to extend the stock hoses but they wouldn't hold and kept popping off no matter how tight I had them (even duct taped them first, then hose clamped them).

I'm thinking you want one that's 29" wide at least, maybe somebody will chime in.

Well I was BSR stage 1 tune so that's more pressure.

I'll look at lunch today and see what size I bought and post back. It worked fine 95% of the time, but the 2 times the outlet hose blew off it was a total PITA. After the 2nd time I put the stock intercooler back in.

This summer I will try and find a more secure, ribbed type connection.

Will's probably works great for him, I'm just recommending you go a little wider than the one I bought. I'll post back.

EDIT: Okay I found my receipt and the one I bought was 28"x9"x2.75". FOR MY CAR, an extra 1-2" in end-to-end length would have been better. If you move the AC condenser back a spot to where the stock intercooler resides, then there is plenty of room for a 3" deep core. The brand on mine is CXRacing and I am happy with the quality.

that looks pretty damn close. i mean, an intercooler is an intercooler. just an aluminum rectangle with fins. the stock one is super small/thin so it's awful, just about anything is an upgrade.

i THINKKKKKKK the stock hosing is 2.5" .. which is why you need to find an intercooler with those sized inlets/outlets if you plan to use the stock hosing.

it's either 2.5 or 3" .. i honestly don't remember. 3" seems too large for stock.

all you will need is the intercooler and 2-4 heavy-duty hose clamps. i put two on each side once the IC was in place. you will also need to rig up something to hold it in place. i used a small v shaped contraption out of metal and it doesn't move at all. you can actually use the stock intercooler's metal tube holders (bottom of the stock IC) to hold the new IC in place. you will know what i mean when you see it.
