Hose hunting

Where does this hose go to?

I really want to say that it is the hose that feeds the CBV, but I can't remember if it has a vacuum port. I would expect it to have it but I just do not remember seeing it:

Can anyone enlighten me?

Uncovered nipple!

as you mentioned, the BOV has a nipple that is currently uncovered. So, after some persuasion I got the hose in:

Now, I read that if you suck into that hose and it does not hold vacuum, it is boink. True or false?

That is what I thought. I tried to disconnect the hose off the tee and ended up having it as the only attached hose to it. So I blocked one of the ends with my thumb. I think I will try again by using a hose connected straight to the BOV.
