My 2000 Saab 9-5 Wagon is sending invalid data to the State Smog computer, so the Smog tech keep aborting the Smog tests, because the test never completes and the State computer comes up with invalid Data Error. I made an appointment to see the Smog Referee. This is in CA, USA.
