I dropped off my 03 linear at a local indy shop to have my aux jack enabled. They returned my car stating that my "I-bus missing Tech2 cannot contact CIM via Pin 1 of DLC".
Do I have a problem with my Saab or the Tech 2 operator?
One of the things that makes me suspicious is that they didn't reset the computer/pull the battery cable. It seems to me that the first thing that anyone does to address a computer problem is to reset the system and try again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
