check engine light doesn't go off

hi,

would like some help here, my 93 LPT check engine light is not goin off. car seems do drive ok. whats seems to be the problem here?

Well, from my personal experience, I'd say their must be a problem that requires checking dispite seeming to drive ok. I'd take it to a shop and have them hook it up to the computer.

It's an on-board diagnostic. It's fairly easy to DIY "pull the codes", to see what's going on, or a mech as already stated.

thanks guys,
i've noticed when the engine gets really warm then the light will come on. could it be a tempreture sensor?
