Engine Mods: Genuine Saab/FastParts open air intake; HyperBoost HX BOV, Genuine Saab/FastParts Stage 2 T-5 ECU, MP Performance 3" downpipe, Saab Sport stainless steel cat-back exhaust, port & polish throttle body transition casting and inlet tube on the low pressure (inlet) side of the turbo, Forge IC, turbo and IC plumbing all connected via stainless steel spring loaded constant torque clamps, NRG engine torque damper with custom made stainless steel brackets.
Chassis Mods: SAS rear sway bar (bought before all the new mfgs. came out with one), Viggen Rescue Kit (Abbott), Genuine Saab poly ARB bushings, Bilstein Touring Class front struts and later edition strut mounts, Genuine Saab poly manual transmission mount, Genuine Saab solid poly right side motor mount, and Genuine Saab 6 point sub-frame brace. 17 x 8 Ronal Eleganz LZ 1 wheels.
Other Mods:
Brakes: ATE Powerdiscs front and TRW Powerstop x-drilled discs rear, all four with Axxis Ultra kevlar/ceramic pads, stainless steel brake lines and Speedbleeders at all 4 corners, running ATE Super Blue Racing fluid.
Stereo: Virtually stock, with Boston Acoustic FX3's in the dash, Audiobahn AMD 60 mid-bass in the doors and JL Audio co-axials in the rear. Festoon bulbs in the glove box, dome light, trunk and above the rear license plate were swapped with super bright white LED bulbs.
Engine Bay Details: Polished turbo delivery pipe, throttle body transition casting and air intake and painted them and the engine cover translucent blue and clearcoated, replaced all vacuum lines with blue silicone line from Hose Techniques, replaced battery cable ends with Tsunami gold plated terminal ends, stripped DIC and polished the aluminum, and installed a custom aluminized foam hoodliner.

I've just read through it all, I'm really dissapointed :cry:

Lots of go and with a few exceptions very little stop, whats wrong guys? no bragging rights with the shortest stopping distance ;)

Sticky? why not for a bit.

Engine: B 204R 2,0 turbo 16V Trionic 5. New intake pipe from IC 2,5" with 3" pipe-attachement to the throttle housing. 3" exhaust from the turbo all the way to the rear axle. From rear axle double 3" with 2 Apple Racing Components 3" mufflers. Valeo Racing Intercooler.

Precision Mitsubishi SCM34 Turbo - 545 hp A/R, 63 Turbine Wheel Trim 76
New camshafts and TrollSpeed Valvesprings.
Dynoed and re-mapped ECU.

Transmission: Specclutch for +510 ft lbs.
Extra re-inforced racing gearbox with modified ratios and stronger, wider (cog-wheels)(?) Slip differential. Short shift. and axles from 9-5 Aero -03.

Specs:
0-60miles/h (G-tech) 5,98sec.
60-90miles/h 2,85sec with 17".
520+bhp @ 5800rpm.

Chassis: lowered 35mm H&R springs. All bushings in front supension is changed to polurethane bushings. Adjustable Konis is beeing mounted.

Rims, tires and brakes: Porsche 993 calipers och 993TT discs. Not mounted yet. 8x19" ATP 5 Razze with Dunlop SP 9000 Sport 235/35-19"

Engine Mods: Genuine Saab straight Intake pipe (between the filter and TB), J/R Cone Filter, Spare Indicator Ram-air cut out (which can be swapped on to provide cold air directly to the cone filter), 900 Turbo Clutch as standard 900s clutch kept getting ripped to shreds!

Chassis Mods: Eibach Pro Springs, Bilstein Dampers, ALL new Poly-bushings (power-flex), power-flex steering rack mount, rear sway bar double stack.

Breaking Mods: Tarox G88 Disks Front, Tarox fast road pads all round.

Other Mods: Kenwood MP3/CD player head unit, Kenwood 17cm subs (in front doors), Kenwood 6x9's Rear, bass blockers (on front dash speakers to make into tweeters), body coloured Bee-Sting Ariel, Body coloured Grill, Body Coloured Wing Mirrors, Body Coloured Gear Knob (3rd party replacement).
New Pirelli P6000 195/60/15 tyres (good all round tyre if a little noisy).

Car Stats: Approx 165bhp, approx 190lb/ft torque. 0-62mph approx 8.2s.
