I thought at some point in the past I ran across a thread discussing running SPEC discs with the Aero pressure plates with good results. I imagine it would not be much different from a full SPEC clutch since IIRC they use the Sachs Performance pressure plates. I have considered just buying the Stage 2+ or 3 disc but was not sure if there is fitment issues.
I am aiming for Stage 5 numbers on my rebuild and will have fresh internals and a LSD installed in the trans.
I would still like to hear what you folks have run successfully for daily driver duties. It seems like SPEC is all we have in the States, across the pond there are all kinds of available options (it seems)

We have a 500hp hx35 build using aero pressure plate with the spec3+ clutch. from what we can tell it is no different!
That is good to hear, I thought this was doable but never could find the info again. Thanks

california clutch
black diamond
quarter master usa

all make clutches as well.
I didn't see the quartermaster option for our cars, are these custom builds per specification?
