Within 10 minutes on my way to work in the mornings, my car has white smoke coming out from under the hood. On long interstate trips, there are no issues.

The temperature gauge rises to the normal level within a normal amount of time. The white smoke comes up from behind the fan.

The coolant system was pressure tested and there were no leaks were noting. The coolant level eventually drops, but I'm sure it's because of the write smoke.

I do know that the coolant fan has turned on (but not normally - it's pretty cold here).

It's a 2000 Saab 9-5 SE Wagon
