When I go over 65mph my dashboard makes a weird noise as if someone was making a copy of keys. Another similarity of the sound like a weird whistle. Other than that the car needs an alignment and front engine mounts replaced. Someone please help me?

Also I'd like to know if its normal to hear the fan running all the time?

That description sounds just like what I had posted about. It was in a thread a few days ago titled 'screeching'. No one really had any answers then, but hopefully someone will know. It drives me nuts. For me the sound is at a little faster speed around 80.

Welcome. The whistling may be just a small windshield leak, a known problem. Saab has a TSB on it. Next time it happens push up and out against the top edge of the windshield above the mirror (or where the sound is coming from) If it goes away, then it is just the rubber windshield gasket. Easier to diagnose if a passenger pushes on the glass, it can take a bit of effort to find the spot. Search for "windshield whistle", or similar, for previous posts.

I had the same problem several weeks back, and with help from this board (including that of PMI: thank you very much!:D), I put a bit of silicone caulk along the inner lip of the top windshield edging. That solved things.

The noise had been very difficult to locate, with me driving down the interstate craning my head all over the front of the cabin trying to pin down the source of the noise.

best, and good luck,
David
