I have searched for this but cannt seem to find much. I just did ball joints and wheel bearings in my car and the inner drivers are in great shape. But the shifter still shakes in 5th gear and I still have a little bit of a shake/vibration. What motor mount would cause me to feel this. Front or all? Also, anybody know where or who is selling a solid from motor mount? Thanks.

5th gear - highway speeds. Is it possible that it could be something else?

I think that the front motor mount is the one that's most associated with shifter issues.

SPG9 and Swedish Dynamics sell solid front motor mounts.

If the gearstick moves excessively when you lift off the throttle, then that can be a sign of a knackered front engine mount. With the bonnet open, engine started and handbrake on, engage first gear, bring up the revs and engage the clutch. Observe how mucht he front of the engine moves upwards. If it's more than an inch or so, then the mount's worn.
