Going back to your cold start issues, do you hear the fuel pump prime when you first turn the key to the on position before you turn it to the start position? Second thing, You may be losing fuel pressure overnight. You can rent for free a fuel pressure gauge from AutoZone- check the fuel pressure on the fuel rail before, during and after starting. It should be in the 35-40 pound range

Could be a bad throttle body too

you could try to clean the throttle body but I never think that really works. I did have to replace a throttle body on a car that would have a slight hiccup at cruising speed. believe there is a vacuum hose that attaches to the firewall side of the throttle body that gets brittle. Check that. Check the hose and check valve right behind the valve cover. Be sure all vac hoses are good and connected.

I wouldn’t just yet. Do you have the correct NGK spark plugs? Is the charge air pipe firmly attached to the throttle body? Are all the vacuu hoses attached. What code(s) are you now getting.?
