Had the bearings replaced, when we picked it up brake and abs warning lights were on and cruise control no longer worked. Wires are black, pink and green/white. Mechanic and I looked for a long time but couldn't find the other connector. Any ideas or a pic would be great! Thanks, Joe

That definitely explains your issues! So it goes down in the wheel well and connects to the ABS sensor?

Just looked at the WIS for a '99 9-3, and all the ABS sensors have two wires upstream of the connector, and two wires to the sensor. Yours looks for all the world like the side light supply, which does have three wires, but for the US spec front right, they should be black, green/black and green/white. As I understand it the GN/WT may be for the ones with a second bulb in there. On later cars it would appear the GN/BK was replaced by orange - is that what has faded to pink?

The 9-3 doesn't use that type of connector for the side lights, so that can't be it. The 9-5 does use that type of connector, though.
