Go down to the "Contact Us" area, and with the subject line of "Password Reset" add the following contents for Admin:
- Original Account Name;
- Original email address associated with the original account; and
- The new current email address to which you need it changed.
Add all this, then hit send, and someone on the Admin team will answer that email and fix the account up for you.
