What is this? Where does it go?

Im guesing A/C compressor Clutch? What do i need to re-attach it?

I found it in the bottom of my engine bay lol

you might find a clutch/coil service assy. from a distributer but until then unplug the compressor (white plug near top of radiator) so that it does not try to engage..but needless to say address asap because with a compressor lock up comes trowing a belt..yours is not repairable (rivits sheered off)...a junk yard one will work spin center to make sure that it is not locked even if your a/c system does not work it is still needed to keep the belt lined up

That's what you call the exploded view of this part. Looks like it isn't all there either. You need to turf that one and buy a reman or new part. This is the AC compressor pulley/electromagnetic clutch assembly, or parts of it. Your AC compressor will be looking lonely with that missing.
