I have a 2008 2.0T at stage 3 and now its time to do suspension work. For the moment I just want to do springs. Who makes the best lowering springs for my car? I'm not a wiz on any suspension work so any one that could help me out on this would be great.

I have H&R but save for shocks and struts, stock equipment doesn't play nice from what I've read. I have koni yellows. Do it all at once.

or Eibach if you want 5mm higher (30 vs 35).

But then you will need these too....well should replace when doing the struts/shocks

Strut mounts
Strut bearings

Could reuse original, or buy new.
Bellows
Bump stops
