Just completed 2 separate orders with Flow. The first was flawless in execution with fast shipping. With the second order, PayPal did not send me a confirmation e-mail, so after a few days of waiting I placed a duplicate of that second order. Turns out that the original order was in fact processed. Flow caught the duplication and e-mailed me. I canceled the duplicate second order and before I could even do that Flow had already sent the original second order and held the second duplicate order awaiting my response (correctly assuming it was an error). So everything went quite well, all in all. Thank you Flow. Pretty darned great customer service.
