This is a 2000 Viggen...

The dealer replaced the H20 pump and it leaked a little. I then did the job, new pump and o-ring and well it started leaking about a week later. (That was a year or so ago.) I decided to do it again and purchased a new pump, two "o-rings" for the neck and guess what? It still leaks. It is leaking from the neck down the side of the block. The neck looks fine, the block where the o-ring sits looks fine, the water pump housing looks fine...

I am open to any suggestions at this point.. :x

Sir, this will require patience, the procedures and the answers.:cheesy:.
Secure a WIS and have some factory support.
Measure everything.
Use a dye to leave a leak stain. Paint the area white. excellent idea.
Assure that the belt and its tension is correct.
Assure that the hose fit is tight.
Some pumps may be no good, cheap aftermarket low QC junk.
Rig a test stand and fittings to pre-test the WP candidate... No-one does this, its a hassle, a lot of work, 99% of WPs are OK..
Do lubricate the O rings with a thin layer of silicone paste. I think there may be more than 2 O rings used.

Fixed the Viggen. I used a radiator/overflow pressure tool after the repair and no leaks. The first repair by the dealer and second repair by me were both leaking because the water pump neck o-ring in the block wasn't repalced. I found out by looking at a schematic, dealer should of known.
