The waste actuator on my T3 is old, tired and in need of replacement. I don't want to spend the money on a forge one and I don't want something made in China. Any ideas?

Yeah by judging the responese, I guess everyone does that. However, I don't want to go that route.

really for a chrome, genuine, you know is gonna work, forge part,. 125 bucks is nothing. I really recommend in if you need a stronger WG. I tried the helper spring idea and stopped half way through thinking, "this is gonna look kind of crappy when i'm done."

I have a Fiesta turbo actuator on my T25 NG900. Cheap! cheap!

Is the T3 fitment not the same on escorts etc?

I kept breaking helper springs. Not fun, although I will say having a wastegate that held the correct PSI was awesome.

I ended up using a 9000-style bracket (which utilizes a bolt-on actuator instead of the one-piece c900 t3 unit) with a brand new turbonetics 9psi WG actuator. Ran that for a little bit, then my turbo bit it.

From then on I've used an external wastegate and they are fantastic.

I cut off my old WG from its bracket and then drilled holes into the old for the new WG. Check out my Project Page. Bought my WG from a realiable supplier in AR.
