Someone in Canada is interested in buying my 2006 9-3 Aero but I purchased it here in the US - if he buys it will the Saab factory new car warranty transfer to him and be valid?

That sounds like a question for Saab USA or Saab Canada....I'm sure they'll be opinions put forth here, but don't base a Sale/Purchase on a SC Opinion. Get the facts from Saab.

Yup you'd want the answer right from them. Probably in writing would be best.

I agree but I posted the question here just in case someone went through a similiar transaction.

I called Saab USA and they said contact Saab Canada, who told me to contact Saab USA! So I sent them both detailed emails and am awaiting replies.
