Ok, so I have a 1995 900SEt with 150k kms the body is shot. I see a 2002 with a blown engine here:

I am wondering on the feasibility of putting my engine/transmission into the above.

Mechanically, I have the tools, space and time. Electrically is the problem, I'm guessing all the engine sensors, ECU, etc. would be the main issues.

Thoughts?
Suggestions?

As always any and all help is appreciated...

Ditto.....Leave the ECU, sensors and wiring harness in the 02. That looks like an SE from the body moldings, so you might want to keep the turbo. ;)

Take out the shot engine, save the turbo and lines and then decide on one of two paths:

1) Install entire 95 engine, block and head, which means you can swap the intake manifold, fuel rail and throttle body as a unit.

2) Install your good bottom end, but keep the better-flowing T7 head. I think you'll need to swap head gaskets, but I'm not sure about this. Nick T might have better info on it.
