i can buy a 2002 stock viggen clutch kit for cheaper than a 1999 viggen clutch kit will the 2002 fit my 1999 9-3 and will it hold a stage 3 tune? thanks

I see no reason why not-and yes, it will hold a stg3 of broken in properly 200miles=around+about 500mi=highway.
