I'm noticing a weird vibration in my gas pedal. It seems to when I'm making a right hand turn and when i'm in somewhat low rpm's. I'm not sure whether I'm being over sensitive but it nearly feels like the abs type pedal pulsing in the gas pedal. The car however doesn't seem to have any problems accelerating.

Could it be the CV Joint? It doesn't feel like an inner driver, but I occasionally hear a few faint clicks when I make a hard right hand turn.

Never experienced this myself, but I think the few clicks may be a give-away. Try reversing slowly on full lock both sides. If you experience clicking on either side, it's probably the outer cv joint that's inside on that lock. If you inspect the boot and it's split that will be the clincher. Inner drivers that are going will give you vibration on hard acceleration.
