Wel, the ventilation fan doesn't turn on. So I want to check it, but I don't know where it is...

The fan is located between the engine bay and the dash bulkhead. You can access it by removing the wipers and the black plastic venting at the back of the engine bay.

No you can get to the fan via the engine bay, but its a tight squeeze.:suprised;

Owkey, next problem. The wipers are stuck. Anybody a good trick? I don't want to break them...

That is a very typical problem, others have mentioned using a puller to get them off. I've never seen a wiper puller so wouldn't know what it looks like. :roll:
