Recently I picked up a set of vented seats out of an 06 to put into my 03 Aero Wagon. Had anyone else else performed this retrofit before? Unfortunately my car is not pre-wired for it. I picked up a couple of vented switches for the dash, and it looks pretty straight forward. But the wiring diagram is showing something coming from the Ibus. Is that just to control the lights in the switch?

Did you just pull power off the cigarette lighter? That is what I think Kim going to do.

Did you wire the illumination up to anything?

Nope. I use original power source etc.
Yes, from seat heater switch illumination, which is next to set ventilation switch.
