So I automatically assumed it was the alternator, replaced the alt and still no charge. I Ohmed out the charge wire and it was good... Checked the fuse it was good... Im at a loose here...

When fully charged you can watch the voltage slowly drop till its dead after about 30 min.

It was the charge/starter wire. I added a second wire from alt to battery and its charging perfect! Unfortunately you cant easily replace the wire like on the 9-5 since its IN the engine wiring harness.

It's a 9-3. It think he flips them.

Yeah I have a 9-5 and a 9-3 but I also buy, repair and flip every Saab I can get my hands on.
