Good evening all. Hoping I can get some help. I have an 04 9-3 linear, I've found an 07 anniversary edition in a junk yard that has the anniversary seats. I would like to take the seats, and put them in my car. I also plan to take the wiring harness for the seats, but I can't find anything that tells me where they would connect in the car. My car is also equipped with MCC, would it be safe to assume that the heated seats would still function? I'm not worried about programming the ECM, i have a tech 2 to handle that so they'll function normally. Thanks in advance for your help.

Aerojohn, as always thank you for the reply. So even with the wiring harness from the 07 car, would i still expect to not have heated seats, even if i figure out where it would connect to the main harness? (Assuming they would interface at all?)

Good morning all.

I just finished doing the first part of my linear seat conversion from manual seat w/ heated option. I've only been able to do the drivers seat because I'm waiting on a part for the passenger seat. The issue I'm having is I seem to have a power draw somewhere as my battery drained very quickly while doing the install.

For wiring, I followed what I could see in the sticky, for the green wire. I also tapped the thick red wire on the same location as the green wire. I figured it was a constant and was running from the REC.

Is there a better wire to use? Is there a signal wire for amp 1 I could use? Should I have added a ground somewhere in the wires I added in to make all of this work?
