Are you just using loc's then to get the low level signals?

Usually deadening the plastic trim on the inside is not effective. The material is meant for metal to stop vibrations and resonant noises.

I hope your not running the ground to the battery.

You must use the shortest way possible for the ground wire.

So when you have the power distribution in the trunk a good place is the screws holding seatbelts.
