I've read somewhere that when changing fuel octane levels that the Trionic 8 learns what sort of fuel it's running and makes adjustments. Would this also be the case with a higher flow airfilter ? I added an ITG filter a couple of weeks ago, and my butt-dyno says the throttle response is significantly improved. I'm talking about a change over the last couple of weeks as opposed to the first drive after putting the ITG in.

I would think a less restrictive filter would only show an advantage at very high rpms. You might be able to get to redline a slight bit quicker with the ITG.

it would be handy to know.. i've been playing around with fuel for a few days and sometimes using super feels better than at other times... but then super at the pumps does vary... i can't see how it would take a long time to adjust to changes though..
