Timing chain tensioner question...

Is this ( the same procedure that one would perform on the 9-3?

I just came in from replacing my serpentine belt and idler pulley. I'm wondering if I should check the tensioner while I still have the strut brace out.

The procedure looks to be the same, but the Classic 900 is definitely older than both the NG900 and OG9-3. If you do this, don't drop any parts, which is easy to do in the cold. The last thing I heard from glasseybarrel was when he droped end of the tensioner and was waiting on a new $80 tensioner... Ron
