Tech II with Candi module, TIS2000, GlobalTIS with security access. Have Saab 148 and GM 33 cards. I've programmed keys for my 1997 900, 2000 9-5 and 2010 9-3 (needed security access for that one). The GM card is for my 2003 Impala. Also active tests, married the 9-5 radio, some diagnostics, other fairly simple stuff. Anything more complicated, I'm willing to try if you release me from all liability Or, if you have the knowledge, you're welcome to diy. No charge unless you're really annoying
