I have a regular 99 9-3 with the crap suspension, I wanted to see if anyone has put on the Viggen or SE suspension on to their 9-3?

All the after market stuff is WAY to expensive to do right now, so I have been looking for a used Viggen setup, but I can't find any, anywhere.....
Any one have one laying around?

I bought a set of used control arms and put all new busings and ball joints in, before I put everything in I want to find a new suspension and do it all at once.

Any ideas?

Sounds as if tolerance is the answer.BTW, what makes the 9-3 suspension not so good ?

It was never designed for racing/rallying; since it is based on the Opel suspension it can be just so good.
If not tolerance, then try another brand...

the biggest problem with mine is that it has 100k on it, is probally wearing out, i figured that I would swap it out with something better.

plus I have a lot of body roll from it, i think the car could stand to have a lower center of gravity to it. im sure that my suspension on my base model 9-3 is the cheapest one they made for it.
