Suspension Help

Hi forum. I wanted some advice from people who are currently running KYB Gas-A-Just (white shocks) in their cars. Have you put lowering springs in with them? I am worried that I might blow out the shocks if I use lowering springs. Anybody have any experience with this topic? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Don't worry about it, though they're called gas pressure shocks, all the sealed in gas does is control the oil which is valved in such a way as to dampen the spring, the only issue with lowering and stock length dampers is if the spring is particularly short at full travel the spring can un-seat [on the 900 it is the front leg where this is a worry] because the shock governs the length of the McPherson strut in the front.
