FYI so you don't waste your time with many stages of sand paper next time: you can scuff back the cloudiness with a magic eraser. Use it the same way you would wet sand. It's like 5000 grit sand paper. If your lenses aren't too bad that's usually enough and then compound away the haze. I do this on headlight restorations for my customers because I don't want to completely sand away the original clear coat, just the top layer that's hazy. If your lenses are completely yellowed over then yes, get to removing it completely and the applying a UV protectant or some clear film. Any synthetic wax makes a good barrier to UV. Apply it monthly after you polish back your lenses. Hope this helps save some folks some time lol

Nice Scipio! I have had my 07 9-3 aero 2.8L for a few months now and finally getting to the outside cosmetic issues. Been looking for the best way to get headlights in prime shape again. Mine looks exactly like yours did in your before pics. Can't wait to try your process!
