Strange Sound Behind Stereo/Climate Control

2000 93 SE 2.0t auto. Strange whirling, fans noise from behind the stereo/climate control area. Continues after ignition has been cut. I'm sure there is a thread about this, I just can't find it. Thanks.

Most of the saabs i know have this problem as well, the climate control fan is a little loud and keeps running for a while after the car is turned off, but shuts off soon after. I'd say normal? Dont worry about it.
