i noticeed that the trunk light is not working, then i noticed that the reverse lights dont work... they are not burnt out.

after i back into my usual spot i open the trunk and the reverse lights flash as i open the trunk. but no trunk light. sometimes the rear fogs will flash if the car is running.

i dont even know where to begin looking, its not a big deal, but it would be cool to have reverse lights again

my rear fogs work great while driving (i reconnected the right rear fog last year)

anyone heard of it? i think it happend after i left the dealer 4 months ago

My guess would be the "famous" wiring loom next to the hing in the trunck hinge.
Many reports of strange electrical problems when the wiring insulation gets crushed and or wires broken \shorting.

Ohh and a search for trunck lights problems, would have worked too.:cheesy:

Gotta agree.....check the rubber conduit that carries the wiring to the trunk, you will almost certainly find some chaffed wires.
