I have a 2011 9-5 Turbo4 with the green, standard stereo (no GPS).

While driving, my stereo has been recently randomly turning off and coming back on. it is not just a display issue, as the sound goes off too. Sometimes (but not always), the center display on the instrument panel shuts off with it.

The rest of the car works fine.

Anyone else have this happen?

No. Not me anyway. But if it did, I'd take the unit out, unplug the connectors and spray it with my can of DeoyxIt D-50 electrical contact cleaner. If that didn't fix it, I'd take it out again, take the cover off so I could see the circuit board and follow the traces to where the DC power comes in. I'd then "reflow" the solder joints by touching my soldering iron to the joints long enough to liquify the solder. I might add a tad of Kester 44 solder. I had heard that the EU outlawed lead in all products at one point - including solder. The lead free solders don't hold up. They are too brittle and develop cracks causing intermittent current flow.
