I just purchased an alpine 9885 and was wondering where to get a steering wheel adapter, so that the steering controls work with the radio?

I have an Alpine head unit with the wheel controls adaptor, pre 02 models use Alpine part no KCE 867B.

What about 02 and later models? Do you know where I can purchase it?

Visit Alpines website for the part number, i think it may be KCE-867C for post 02 models. Any approved Alpine dealer will be able to order it in for you.

Nevermind I figured out what I need to get this set up to work. It is called a PAC SWI-JACK. This is compatable with Saabs, and there are even instructions on the website as to how to install it.
This will complete the first phase of the audio upgrade:
Alpine 9885 with Ipod connector, and Pac SWI-JACK.
Now I have full speed Ipod controls and steering wheels controls.
Wasn't cheap, but I made out about the same as if I had tryed the aux in mod and failed leading me to have to buy another AS3.
