I recently purchased an 06 9-3 2.0 cv and I must say I love it. Unfortunately, for my job I need nav, bluetooth, and xm (I have to drive all throughout Texas). Anyway, I added a JVC KDNX 5000 head unit which has all of this and it works great. Unfortunately, I had to sacrifice my steering wheel controls which I've come to love.

My installer pulled up the wiring diagram on Alldata and is pretty sure he could get them to work; however, the steering wheel control module doesn't appear to be where Alldata says it should be. According to his information it should be at the bottom of the steering column, but we couldn't find it there. Does anyone know where the steering wheel control module is located and if it is easy to get to or would I have to remove the steering wheel?

Thanks for all of your help.
