So when the engine is cold my car starts as always. But if i start it after it is warm then it squeaks really loudly while i crank the engine. Once the engine turns over the noise is gone. Just wondering if anyone has encountered this before, if its an easy fix or something big. I showed to a mechanic he said it sounds like its something with the starter motor . .. just some fyi.

Alright thanks, I'm going to a saab mechanic today to test out an AMM i will have him look at this while I'm there and see what he says.

Yeah it never ever squeaks when it is cold. I wont be getting to this until sometime next week because I'm busy trying to fix a little glitch in the injection system, I'm thinking its the computer but that is irrelevant to this post
