How can I remove a stock 900 turbo hatch spoiler without damaging it, and how can I refit this to the hatchback shortly thereafter? Got rust forming underneath and intend to fix that.

Open the boot lid, take of the inner liner and you will see a number of cross head screws that screw into the spoiler from beneath. They will most likely be very rusty  so soak them all in releasing fluid for a few days beforehand. They'll still probably snap when they see a screwdriver coming near them...

And watch out for the two higher up where the ends of the spoiler curve up around the window. There'll probably be glue / tape securing it to the paintwork also. White spirit is very good for cleaning the glue residue off the paintwork and it won't attack it.
