I want about 10 SPG trim buttons/bushes. the ones tthat go along the front guard,door, rear guard to hold on the fittings that the SPG/Aero panels attach to.

I an not get new ones, they tell me they are not available anymore. I can not see a listing at PFS, or Eeuroparts.

Does anyone know where I can get them, getting them off a car in breakers yard seems to be impossible. Once they are put in they are not supposed to come out!~!

Yeah, unfortunately they are discontinued, i've seen them in jimellissaab and other sites, don't know if thats old though. Your only real option is to remove the bumper extensions on 900's(the front's seem to come out the easiest) and take those mounting rivets.

If you are talking about the square plastic pieces that hold the rails to the car then I bought new ones two years ago. I have no idea who made them but they were not a Saab or GM part. I got them at a paint and body shop. I gave them one of the old ones and they got me some right away. Apparently it's a fairly common item. So a body shop might be a good place to look.

I bought some similar ones from a paint/ body shop supplier (Morellis), so should be available elsewhere. Take one in to supplier and get him to find something similar.

Hey presto, Yes. They have the bits, ordered 5 of them, after butchering up some from a wreckers and eurethaning them in!~!

So I only need 3, but got five so I have some spares and know what to order if I need them for any reason.

The WWW wins again.
