My car: SAAB 900 SE V6 1995 manual transmission

I replaced electrical part of ignition switch following Platonoff instructions: http://photo.platonoff.com/Auto/20070617a.Saab_NG900_Shifter_Housing_Removal/
Being amateur mechanic I forgot to to insert pin to lock gearbox. Once I was done I tried shifter alignment multiple times, but could not engage any gear besides 4th. Finally, I pushed somehow into fifth and it seemed to work. Now my whole shifter is tilted to the left and 5th gear is also not to the far right, but a bit to the left. All gears seem to be working fine, I can drive without any problem.

Also previously I could not remove ignition key without shifting into revers, now it comes out in any gear.

My questions:
1) Is if fixable?
2) Do I need to replace transmission to fix it?

Any thoughts?
